I am super grateful for Bill and Judy who helped me look for my first home. My friends whom they also helped had referred me to them, and HIGHLY recommended them to me. And i testify to their professionalism. They were patient with me, encouraging me to take my time to settle for the kind of home I wanted. They never rushed me. They were more patient with me than I was with myself (;-). They took me through all the steps from beginning to end. for them, it's not only about the commission they get out of it. NO... it's about how they connect with the client and her needs. Being a single parent, an immigrant, and a woman of color is not easy to single-handedly go around the ropes of buying a house in this country. You need people whom you trust, who are genuine, and who have our best interests at heart. Bill and Judy were amazing in getting me the right deal to match my pocket and circumstances. They were very respectful and culturally sensitive to my needs - which is very important to me. Even after buying my house they still check on me -- giving me a list of affordable handyman, house cleaners, and window cleaners they recommend in case I have problems. Recently Bill helped me fix my garage and sent a handy man to work on other things when I moved in. I don't regret having worked with Bill and Judy. Because of them - today I'm a proud owner of a town home that meets my needs in Plymouth- with my daughters attending Wayzata High School.
